- If it's safe for you, pause aspirin, ibuprofen & fish oil for a week — never stop a prescribed blood thinner without your doctor.

After your visit
- Ice gently and sleep propped up the first night.
- Gentle kissing is okay — stay out of direct sun for 72 hours.
- No smoking or drinking through a straw for two full weeks.
